Sleepers
These large pieces of rectangular timber are widely used in gardens and outdoor spaces, to help landscapers bring definition to the area. Their uses include creating garden borders, raised beds, pathways, steps and retaining walls (for sloped areas). In addition to their broad use cases and impressive durability, sleepers also boast a chic, rustic aesthetic.
Our sleeper range includes softwood sleepers and oak sleepers, in green and brown colour options. These sleepers are available in the following sizes: 200mm x 100mm, and 250 mm x 125mm (both at 2.4m or 3.0m).
Decking
Made from timber, decking is a flat surface that creates additional flooring space for outdoor spaces. This new area offers a wide range of opportunities, including to be used for patios, garden seating areas, pathways and entertainment areas.
Our timber decking is 28mm thick, and is available in widths of 120mm or 145mm. Stock lengths come in 2.4m , 3m, 3.6m, 4.2m, 4.8m, 5.4m all in Tanalised Green.
Concrete products
In addition to our timber landscaping products, Planet Timber also supplies a range of concrete products. These include modern, durable paving, retaining walls, concrete fence posts and concrete plinths.
At Planet Timber we stock Intermediate posts, Corner posts and End posts all 100 by 100 with lengths available at 6ft, 7ft and 8ft.
Plinths and Gravelboards come in Rockface, Smooth or Recess finish 1ft high by 6ft width.
Cladding
Timber cladding involves applying timber sheets over the top of another base material, in order to add an extra layer to the structure. This is an extremely effective way to protect and insulate buildings, or to enhance the aesthetic of garden buildings, by covering the existing surface with your chosen style of timber finish.
Our cladding is available in tanalised and non-tanalised timber, plus composite timber. We also supply tongue and groove shiplap timber cladding and log-lap cladding (all in a range of sizes).
Treated Tanalised Cladding for outdoor use comes in 11m and 19mm finish shiplap treated . Stock lengths are 3.6m, 4.2m, 4.8m, 5.1m and 5.4m.
Loglap lengths in stock come in 3.6m, 4.2m, 4.8m and 5.4m.
Match Board comes in 11mm, 14mm and 19mm finish sizes with stock lengths of 3.6m, 4.2m, 4.8m and 5.4m.
Untreated cladding comes in Marchboard and Shiplap, the same specifications as above.
Fence panels
Timber fence panels come in pre-made sections, which are treated to ensure the highest standards of quality, durability and weather resistance.
Our heavy duty Vertilap fence panels are made by our team. These come in either 2ft, 3ft, 4ft, 5ft or 6ft heights, all 6ft wide.
We also make and supply hit & miss vertical fence panels, and single rail screening panels can be made to order.
We also offer Feather Edge fencing boards in the following sizes: 0.9m (3 foot), 1.2m (4 foot), 1.5m (5 foot), 1.8m (6 foot), and 2.4m (8 foot).
